Deposits + Payment 

We accept cash, check, credit card or Venmo.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to reserve your package. The remaining balance is due upon delivery and setup.

 

Services Provided

Rooted and Blooms – The Seasonal Edit offers porch + entryway decorating services featuring pumpkins, gourds, hay bales + mums. Packages include delivery + professional styling.

All services are subject to availability and may be adjusted, rescheduled, or withdrawn at our discretion.

 

Customer Expectations

  • Packages include delivery + setup.
  • Optional cleanup services are available for an additional fee + must be scheduled in advance.
  • Marketing photos are intended as inspiration only.
  • Each package is custom-styled + may differ slightly from photos, reflecting seasonal availability, the unique character of each design + the natural variations in pumpkin color, shade + size.

 

Photography & Promotion

We love seeing our designs in your photos — please tag us @rootedandblooms!

We may also photograph your finished display to share on our website or social media. If you prefer not to have your entryway featured, simply let us know at the time of setup.

 

Respectful Interactions

At Rooted and Blooms, we value kindness + collaboration. We ask that all communication remains respectful + cooperative.

Please note that any abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent behavior may result in cancellation of services without refund.

 

Liability

Rooted and Blooms – The Seasonal Edit is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss related to the setup, presence, or removal of our designs.

Customers must ensure that setup areas are safe, accessible + compliant with HOA, venue, or community guidelines.

Please note: weather + natural decay will affect the condition of products. After installation, product care + maintenance are the customer's responsibility.

 

Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

If you choose to cancel your order, your deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date will also be responsible for the remaining balance, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Weather Disclaimer

For the safety of our team and to ensure the best quality setup, Rooted and Blooms – The Seasonal Edit reserves the right to reschedule delivery + installation in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. We will communicate with you promptly to arrange a new time.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. By booking, you agree to the most current version.
